Conference package

• The conference room has plenty of daylight and can be provided with seating as desired
• Basic set-up: Pin board, projector, projection screen, flipchart with plenty of paper, presentation case, free wireless internet access
• Coffee, tea and a buttered pretzel to welcome the participants
• a morning tea and coffee break with fresh fruit and yoghurt
• a 3-course lunch with salad, a choice of main course (fish, meat, vegetarian) and dessert
• an afternoon coffee break with homemade cake
• Conference drinks throughout the day (excluding drinks at lunch and dinner)
• 39,90 € per person

The following conference equipment is charged separately:

• We are happy to make copies and transparencies for you at any time.
  0,25 € /Copy
• Room rental for seminars with fewer than 10 participants is 80,00 € per day
• There is no extra room rental charge made for groups of 10+ participants
